Steve Grimsdale
Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Orwell Mortgages.
He has worked in financial services for many years, formally in retail banking where he worked for over 17 years in a variety of roles with Lloyds Bank, before starting as a broker with Wolsey Mortgage Company in Ipswich. There he built up a loyal client base, who regularly recommend him to others, which has been the foundation to his success
Terry O’Brien
Terry is new to the mortgage industry, having recently qualified in Mortgage Advice and Practice. He previously enjoyed a long military career in aviation with the British Army.
In the military, he specialised in attack helicopter engineering. His roles ranged from supervision to managing close-knit engineering teams and ensuring compliance. His military career instilled in him the core values of integrity and diligence, which have proved essential to his role here at Orwell Mortgages.
Sam Clay
Sam is the newest mortgage adviser to join Orwell Mortgages but over the last 12 months has helped clients to find the right mortgage deal for their circumstances.
A local guy, living on Grange Farm in Ipswich, Sam knows East Anglia
really well. His previous role was as a high street bank manager in
Woodbridge and the surrounding areas. Having already been mortgage
qualified, this was the career that Sam felt drawn to.
Sam shares our values of providing the highest levels of customer
service and he’s an all-round nice chap, too!
